Berry Berry Strawberry – Gourmet Spices & Seasonings

Berry Berry Strawberry is specially formulated to deliver, fat free, unsurpassed flavor for everyday use. Sprinkle it on fruit, cereals, and even oatmeal. Use it with a whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Brand), butter spread, or cream cheese. Mixed with whipped cream cheese and just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix, creates a delicious topping for cookies, our pound cakes and dessert breads, even icing for a cake.

You can make a delicious salad dressing (see below) that is so good you may want to put it in a small container to take with you when you eat out!

For Dessert Dip or Topping: Mix 2 tbsp. Berry Berry Strawberry with 1 cup of non-dairy whipped topping and 1 cup of marshmallow creme or 1 cup of plain yogurt. Let mixture set in refrigerator at least 5 hours before serving. Use as a dessert topping or a dip for animal crackers type goodies.

For Party Dip: Mix 1 1/2 TBL of Berry Berry Strawberry with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (or 1 cup of whipped cream cheese and just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix). Let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.

Traveling Salad Dressing: Mix and chill 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar, and 1 TBL of Berry Berry Strawberry. After chilled, it’s excellent over salads. For example, use over a salad of lettuce, walnuts, strawberries, pineapple, apples, feta cheese and olives. We call it traveling because if you decide to put in a small container, take it with you to the restaurant and use it instead of theirs, you will not be the first!

Ingredients: Strawberry powder, sugar, low moisture apple flavor, natural and artificial flavors, calcium stearate, citric and malic acid, red#40, blue #1.
